SHA3 Register Manual Release

This initial release provides the foundational documentation for SHA3 integration in Caliptra, consisting of:

1. Programmer's User Guide

• A comprehensive guide detailing SHA3 usage and operation
• Includes initialization procedures and configuration steps
• Provides operational workflows and command sequences

2. Register Documentation Package

• SystemRDL-based register specifications
• Generated deliverables:
  • SystemVerilog (.sv) register implementation files
  • Markdown (.md) register documentation
• Complete register descriptions and bit-field definitions

Note: This release focuses on documentation and register interface specifications. Detailed design implementation of the SHA3 core is not included in this release.
