Build Hardware Update

DAH: build hardware has been hooked up and things are testing. We might be able to migrate soon.

Test hardware is much faster.

One needs to clean up the build directory before/after every run.

Date for firedrake-online 2021

Long term: key -> parloop (without data) + extraction functions
