JS/TB/JB: Gusto Hackathon update

TB: UFL #184 What's going on with UFL, are we following upstream now? Do we have additional commits on top of this?

-> TB: Set up a Firedrake branch which tests UFL #184

TB: Is this the oldest PR to get merged!? #1488 Links to dependent PRs in the PR description. TB requires push access to Finat.

-> TB/JB: Take on that PR. This should be ready to go.

JB: Mac users
