ngsPETSc

User question about installing on WSL on Slack. ngsPETSc installation docs are possibly incomplete. If so we should bug them to updated the docs.

PRs

DD: #4020

This fixes a memory leak bug, but also changes the checkpointing interface. This will break existing code. We need to publicise this first.

Aim to get this in before the first versioned release.

Looks very good and was definitely needed. Some comments about what level of detail is needed in the explanations before approving.
