JHC: PR#3742. By default, Sphinx doesn't build the docs for "special" methods i.e. dunder methods. This PR adds a line to the documentation configuration so that __call__ methods are documented in the API listing.

Item 2

DD: MUMPS + Mac updates:

• The PETSc make test runs successfully with MUMPS. However, Firedrake tests are still failing when run in parallel.
• petsc4py also fails in parallel when using MUMPS. So, I believe this is not a problem with Firedrake itself but rather with petsc4py. I will continue to investigate this further.

Merge PRs

Note that PRs put in this section should either be trivial or already have been reviewed. Discussion-worthy PRs should be separate agenda items.
