What this does
Adding DC Motor Support to Lerobot:
This PR adds DC motor support to the Lerobot repository. This is required for the new Sourccey Robot that is pictured below. Any recommendations to improve the abstraction and keep the PR in line with Lerobot standards are appreciated =)
