docs(FR-2912): migrate deployment presets into admin menu and remove service launcher references

Resolves #7443 (FR-2912)

Summary

• Merged Deployment Presets content from standalone model_serving/deployment_presets.md into admin_menu/admin_menu.md as a new ## Deployment Presets section (all 4 languages: EN, KO, JA, TH)
• Removed deployment_presets.md nav entries from book.config.yaml for all 4 languages
• Updated cross-references in model_serving.md from the old standalone page link to ../admin_menu/admin_menu.md#deployment-presets
• Removed all "service launcher" references across all 4 model_serving.md files; updated to reflect the current two-step flow (Create Deployment modal → Add Revision modal)
• Updated New Deployment button references to use localized labels: 배포 생성 (KO), デプロイを作成 (JA), สร้างการปรับใช้ (TH)
• Updated serving_list_page.png screenshots for all 4 languages to reflect the current Deployments page UI (previously showed the legacy Model Serving/endpoint UI)
• Added <details> collapse wrappers around Custom runtime configuration file guides in all 4 model_serving.md files (KO, JA, TH — complementing EN done in a prior commit)
