SkyView Pico. Quick start

Raspberry Pico W or 2W

  1. Take an appropriate version of the SkyView firmware from the followings location:

  2. Un-zip the firmware file been downloaded ;

  3. Press and keep holding BOOT button of the Raspberry Pico W (or 2W) ;

  4. Connect the Pico W (or 2W) to your PC by means of a USB cable (Type-A <-> micro Type-B) ;

  5. Release BOOT button of Pico W (or 2W). A virtual disk with RPI-RP2 label should appear in your "File manager" afterwards ;

  6. Drag the downloaded firmware file by your pointing device (mouse, trackball,...) , then drop it into RPI-RP2 disk. Wait until the file transfer is complete ;



  1. Follow instructions for SkyView EZ starting from Step 3.

Banana BPI-PicoW-S3

  1. Take an appropriate version of the SkyView firmware from this location and unzip the archive ;

  2. Connect the Banana BPI-PicoW-S3 to your PC by means of a USB cable (Type-A <-> micro Type-B) ;

  3. Press and release RESET button of the Banana device two times. A virtual disk with UF2BOOT label should appear in your "File manager" afterwards ;

  4. Drag the downloaded .uf2 firmware file by your pointing device (mouse, trackball,...) , then drop it into UF2BOOT disk. Wait until the file transfer is complete ;



  1. Follow instructions for SkyView EZ starting from Step 3.
