Emulate some of the capabilities of Sessions - libmpidynres. Allows for testing more dynamic process creation with an application. Simulates some parts of Sessions API. Doesn't like our - no change to vector of psets - feature. Discuss some points of Jan's talk - MPI_Session_get_psets. Using groups rather than operations on psets.
