PMIx/PRRTE updates from Ralph

• Revists the idea of restarting processes automatically
• How to inform MPI about it?
• Relation to ULFM, (dynamic) PSets?
• dynamic scheduler implementation ongoing

Fault Tolerance

• Need to schedule some cross-WG. Either use one of the session meetings, or use MPI meeting (ask Wes)

Spawn

• Do we need a blocking spawn version vs. a non-blocking accept/connect
• idea: "mpi://parent" PSet available in spawnee, spawner provides PSet name (both could map to a global URI)
• Sonja will continue working on the proposal

• Need to collect use cases (e.g., lookup opti info for comm creation)
• might get complex with scope, synchronization, etc. Keep it simple
• Explore in side-document?

Dynamic PSets

• Define RM from the MPI perspective (what does adding/removing resources mean, what does a scheduling decision mean, etc.)
