Automatic secondary analysis processing does not work

Use the following commands to stop and then restart kodos:

sudo $SEYMOUR_HOME/etc/scripts/postinstall/kodosd stop
sudo $SEYMOUR_HOME/etc/scripts/postinstall/kodosd start
