2011-11-04 More solid objects

I have solid_pattern.rb (possibly) working -- it will output a file containing rows which represent x, y, z, viewing_angle. pattern.SolidPatternMaker will take those and try to draw the correct hologram pattern. This isn't quite working right (see square.pattern and square.pdf), but it seems to be getting there.
