Solid object holograms are working great (full changes described in git) as of commit bf71be0749695c8b346ab80e332bd1236a033069
Next step
t's weird that I'm choosing the viewing angle based on the camera position, but depth is always along the x axis. I should make the depth just dependent on the distance to the camera (or, I guess, the distance from the point to the plane defined by the origin and the vector from the camera to the point). Does that make sense? No, I don't want that plane, I want the plane defined by the origin and the current direction the camera is looking.
