App Store Connect didn't allow the 💜 character in release notes, so I had to remove it manually from all the release notes in 85681e4. I'll leave a note about it in #8101.
Note that I didn't remove the 💜 character from GlotPress since the release notes are transient and the extra character shouldn't cause any further issues.
