"Troubleshooting z/OS Services" folder containing the "Unable-to-generate-unique-CeaTso-APPTAG.md file"

Hi @ArooshLele -- when adding a new topic, you also need to add it to the sidebars.js file, otherwise there's no way for someone to find the new page w/o knowing the exact URL. You can tell when a particular article isn't on the sidebars.js file b/c there's no Table of Contents on the left side of the page. Also, when you do add the topic to the sidebars file, please take care in placing it in the right location. Message me on Slack if you have any questions.
