For matrix unauthenticated media access has been deprecated as described in https://matrix.org/docs/spec-guides/authed-media-servers/.
This pull request utilizes the new authenticated API locations. The URL includes the access token. URL gets logged with redacted token.
In my setting without this pull request no images are being downloaded from matrix.
