Reschedule meeting

• From next week, we will meet Thursday morning 8.30-9.30am --> first meeting September 16 (maybe cut short for some due to EPIC meeting)

Transition to capgen.py

• Steve currently refactoring code for upcoming changes, improving flow of configuration information in preparation for variable actions
• New GitHub project "capgen unification" https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-framework/projects/3

Dictionary of standard names

• All PRs regarding rules have been merged
• PR 13 merged last week (updates of standard names, first 2/3 of what is used by UFS)
  • Hope to have remaining 1/3 completed by end of September
• Need update PRs for ccpp-physics, fv3atm and scm based on latest updates of PR 13
• Extract/filter host-model specific standard names?
  • Potentially a GSL student project next year
