Prebuild -> capgen transition

• Next meeting, we can add to the agenda
• Dustin - updated to latest and things broke
  • Test refactor messed up build system
• Will update the capgen unification board as he goes
• Dustin won’t have much funding for this in the future, want to make a push now

  • Can close; implemented hard limit on suite names in the past
