• Add support and testing for equivalent units #571

  • Replaced by Support equivalent and identical units in capgen and ccpp-prebuild #656
    • Needs conflict resolution, but then ready to merge?
    • Dom is working on it right now, should be ready once he is done.

• Testing refactor #612

  • One approval from Dom, Courtney had some suggested changes
  • Michael W. is currently working on the reviewer's feedback, including changing the design slightly to make it easier to use.

• Capgen in SCM: DDT subfields into Group Caps #640

  • Needs reviews

• DEBUG refinements #652

  • Resolves 3 issues
    • Case sensitivity for standard_names in Capgen #649
    • Allow for numerical dimensions in DEBUG mode #650
    • Remove debug checking for certain variables. #651
  • Lots of conversation, still needs some updates?
  • Dom has approved, and Dustin will create an issue that will contain Steve's concerns (so they can be resolved after this PR).
