• Follow up on #684; there are many bare use statements in the CCPP physics code (e.g. cires_ugwpv1_module.F90, satmedmfvdif.F, many others), do we change the rule and then update physics?

• Improve parsing of Fortran array specifications #687

• Add capability to parse nested suites in capgen #691
