DAILP uses cloud technologies for web hosting, user identity management, backend service hosting, content storage, content delivery, database hosting, and application logging. DAILP's cloud infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and maintained as code via Terraform with Nix (Terranix).
As with all Northeastern University cloud infrastructure, the Cloud Technologies group and Information Technology Services govern top-level access management, resource policies, and guidelines. We receive best practices guidance from the Cloud Technologies group and members of the Digital Scholarship Group.
