Sophie - Modeling the tests, reading Bayesian Tutorial book to be ready for Santa Fe.
Sophie - Modeling the visualization tests. Working on the fit some more for the UQ work.
Crystal - Figuring out build errors with Phil, finishing up HardwareCounterTester.
Crystal - Trying a new version of PAPI to check out error. Working on UQ document.

Sophie - Working on the fits with Crystal. Looking at PetscSolver to understand how the ARKIMEX method is working.
Crystal - Adding handler registry to Reactant constructors, testing Bayesian inference codes in UQTk.
Sophie - Meeting with Jeremy about the viz model. Transforming from UML to C++ and starting cleaning
Sophie - Continuing to clean all the files for the visualization.
Crystal - Finishing up modifications to the Reactant constructors, still testing the Bayesian inference codes in UQTk.

Sophie - Working on Viz code, trying to contact Jeremy about next steps on the viz stuff. Looking at MCMC methods.
Crystal - Modifying a few more things for the Bayesian inference code. Generating the IFluxHandler interface in code.
Sophie - Trying out EAVL. Starting to move the monitoring stuff into its own file.
