Ozgur - Generating vacancy distribution generated by SRIM using Kryption with 3 different threshold displacement energies. Working on CSR highlight.
Sophie - Trying to make HDF5 write the output file on many nodes on Eos. Looking at GB results with attenuation of the modified trap-mutation.

20151005

Sophie - Changing the default value for the flux in the trunk and other branches. Looking at why results are different on GB for different y step size.
Ozgur - Thinking about how to combine SRIM and MD helium distribution through UQ. Looking at implementing the initial vacancy distribution in Xolotl.

20151006

Ozgur - Continuing on implementing the initial vacancy distribution in Xolotl.
Sophie - Updating the irregular grid branch with the improved flux handler from the trunk. Looking at why results are different on GB for different y step size.

20151007

Sophie - Studying why results are different on GB for different y step size.
Ozgur - Creating a displacement folder in xolotlCore and starting to implement the displacement handlers. Normalizing the vacancy profiles obtained from SRIM.

20151009

Ozgur - Writing the abstract for the UQ workshop at Stony Brook. Continuing the implementation of the displacement handlers.

Ozgur - Continuing on implementing the SRIM helium range in Xolotl for UQ studies.

20151016

Ozgur - Running Xolotl for UQ forward propagation and MCMC with different surface orientations for helium range.
Sophie - Still running simulations to understand why results are different on GB for different y step size. Trying a prototype of bubble bursting in the front tracking branch.

20151019

Sophie - Working on the UQ workshop presentation. Merging the irregular grid branch into the front tracking one.
Ozgur - Continuing UQ runs with new flux amplitude and looking at retention and cumulative helium distribution.

20151020

Sophie - Figuring out why the latest commits in the irregular grid branch are not working. Looking at the memory consumption of the prototype of front tracking.

20151021

Ozgur - Continuing UQ runs with new flux amplitude and looking at retention and cumulative helium distribution. Starting to prepare the poster for the UQ workshop.

Sophie - Continuing on the UQ workshop presentation. Finishing to merge the irregular grid branch into the prototype of front tracking.

20151028

Sophie - Working on the prototype of front tracking and trying to understand why it gives retention above 100% when the bubble is growing through the diffusion of neighboring cells.
Ozgur - Presenting at the PSI SciDAC telecon.

20151030

Ozgur - Running forward propagation of helium range through Xolotl. Working on the UQ poster.
