GZ-PROFILE for bullet-featherstone

🎉 New feature

Summary

Covering various functions in bullet-featherstone plugin with GZ-PROFILE macro.
It should help to debug RTF instability (observed such behaviour on a simple site w/o heavy sensors)

As discussed in gazebosim/gz-rendering#1234 (comment) by default it's not active in build. So it should be safe for ABI

Patches for other plugins will be in a separate PRs to simplify review and backporting
