Main fix is for BC and DP baselines which ran into runtime error due to a record episode wrapper bug for CPU environments when info_on_video=True.

Moreover substep rendering is supported now via the RecordEpisode wrapper, which when coupled with higher video FPS (60 or more) can render much smoother videos.
