Stepping stones for OAD Kit containerization, composition, and orchestration.

This is a discussion to further communicate and exchange thoughts on the evolution of the OAD Kit WG containerization and micro-services activities. I'm working on a few discussion slides to describe a limited scope PoC as has been proposed/discussed with Kaspar and various other members, I'll try and post it this week.

With the aim of creating a PoC that is focused on creating a container just for Perception related nodes/packages and confirming that it can work with a second container (one that is either monolithic or contains everything except Perception), we have the following tasks/issues set up so far:

• Document Autoware Universe ROS nodes for the Perception stack autoware-projects#34
• Enable multi-stage builds for Autoware #2447
• Multi-stage build process documentation autoware-documentation#101
• Confirm Autoware can be run using a container that only contains the Perception stack autoware-projects#36
• Create metrics to assess the performance of a Perception-only container autoware-projects#37

Any other hints/tips/ideas about additional tasks that need to be added to get from there to having an orchestrated deployment would be very much appreciated!
