Usage

Display statistics of 2D/3Dimages. A mask can be applied. Average Images may be computed All images must have same size Mask is ignored for this operation NOTE: Geometry will NOT be applied to volumes even if apply_geo flag is on

Parameters

$``: Input file: metadata, stack, volume or image. $--mode <modeoverwrite> where <mode> can be:

• • $: for 2D-images: do not apply transformation stored in the header $: Save the statistics in this metadata file. $: Do not show labels for statistics. $: Also show angles in the image header. $: Save 2D and 3D masks. $: Save average and standard deviation images $--mask <mask_typecircular> where <mask_type> can be:
  • $--center <x00> <y0=0> <z0=0>
