• Change image index in stack for use size_t and take 0 as ALL_IMAGES

• Agree on ignoring data coming from images files, only ==xmipp_header_*== programs should use it.
• Modify__xmipp_metadata_utilities__ to accept several labels on some operations.
• Organize__metadata labels__ in a text file so it can be incorporated in the apropos system.
