  • Matthew: consider not providing a "wait" thing, rather just "test"
  • Evan: currently provide an enqueued wait
    • In traditional MPI, this would just be fence() + wait

• Carl: Kokkos Comm as Trilinos package PR

  • Feedback from the Trilinos framework experts, haven't digested it yet
  • Current approach works and Nicole is using it

• CEA has revived the NCCL work, with PR ready for Carl to review.

  • Compile-only test on GitHub actions
