FIXES SDK-704
Description
This PR updates the client configuration to use the global API by default, and removes the experimental resource flag. It also has to change some apiVersions to vX for those resources that have not been widely rolled out yet.
What to review
Most of the logic is in the clientStore file. Please have a look to make sure there aren't any missing cases or strange config params sent to
createClientcall.Testing
Tests were updated. I also removed mocking for
