Most scholars identify Togarmah with the capital city called Tegarama (𒋼𒂵𒊏𒈠?) by the Hittites and Til-Garimmu (𒋾𒃻𒁽𒈬 𒌀𒇑𒈬 𒌀𒁘𒈬 ?) by the Assyrians. Somewhere in Anatolia to Armenia.
