Troubleshooting Prerequisites

These troubleshooting tutorials are intended to help find and resolve problems with competitor docker images. We therefore assume you have already completed the following steps:

• Define compliant thruster and component configurations for your WAMV.
• Build a competitor image
• Prepare the submission files for a phase 1, phase 2 or phase 3 submission.
• Validate your submission files.
• Run a trial with the vrx-docker server.

Next Steps

If you have completed the steps above and playback of your trial shows that:

• either your WAMV does not move at all or
• the behavior of your WAMV in the container does not match its behavior when run directly on a host system

then the problem may be your Docker image setup. This sequence of tutorials will guide you through the process of identifying and correcting docker-related problems.
