Binary Operators

Math: -, +, *, /, %
Comparison: ==, >=, <=, !=, >, <
Boolean: not implemented. We had the goal of being python like so maybe these should be and, or , and not, as opposed to &&, ||, and !. For JIT, we can just substitute whatever we need back in.
