Updates

  • Windows Support for VTK-m, MFEM, RAJA, and Devil Ray Features Done!

  • Includes CI Windows Testing for both TPL builds and Ascent itself.

  • 0.9.1 release imminent

  • We will do a 0.9.2 release that updates to VTK-m 2.0

  • Frontier: Nicole has been working on WarpX Runs, and has a particle rendering mystery.

  • We are working on a Ascent + Catalyst SC23 Tutorial Submission (w/ Jean Favre @ CSCS and Corey Wetterer-Nelson @ Kitware)

Discussion

  • AMRWind Demo (Ascent + GLTF to NREL) good progress
  • AMRWind - Seeing an out of GPU memory error, working on tracing down, it might just be up against a resource wall
  • Success passing GPU Pointer
  • Kokkos::init crash, we think is fixed in VTK-m 2.0 (Vicente will email Cyrus a link to the VTK-m MR)
