  • There is a new printer (Bambu A1 mini) Thanks Chris T. It has proved very popular.

Cover stitch still not commissioned but getting a sign to discourage people from twiddling it's knobs.

Agenda items meeting

Finances

  • Adrian updated Cost of doing epic poster. Better than it was but still loosing £240/mth.
  • Since lost Zarino but gained some new workshop members. Still need more people in, paying for stuff
  • John has improved finance reporting and added graphs #2112
  • Circular economy LCR project lead by Sana and involving Jackie and Mike to encourage reuse. Will have spaces around the region. Does will act as fiscal host and they will have a mailbox. Also may need some storage space for fabrics etc and potentially running events. May involve tidying space.
  • Expenses might reduce a little because the charge for rates reduction consultant is now paid off but we do have insurance instalments.
  • Rates are back on normal schedule
  • Rates review due in March 26
  • Headline bumping along getting by, but need new members and events. Talk to the space to more people.
  • Question from Nabila - Can we do leaflet drops. Yes Talk to Jackie or Neil if you want to do this.
  • Question from Ali - DoES isn't in public places like 'Meetup', is this worth considering. Dione suggests posters, in kind offers with other community spaces / arts groups / student population. Start by making a list and contacting these channels.
  • Adrian: Can this be documented on the wiki, eg list of organisations to link with, what comms/channels we want to share with Jackie to action this.

How to access the event space booking calendar? How do organisers access the room booking calendar. It used to be visible on the website so this is possibly related to #2069 (Chris H) Action: Jackie to send a link to people to show us how to access this
