- Post-induction emails, blocked on Jackie and Terry meeting (Jackie)
- Induction processes to be reviewed (Mike and Jackie)
- Run more workshops (Everyone) #1985 Jackie ran rope making workshop. Badge making workshop didn't run due to lack of attendance - rescheduled for April. (Michael Dales) proposed a CAD show-and-tell workshop. (Sanna) will be running workshops to support the Circular Arts network.
- Create events space booking document that can be used for promotion (Chris T)
- Procedure to induct event organisers (Jackie & Mike)
- Wall of names: A number of tiles have been made by (Chris H). 1/3rd complete (Mike) to assist.
- Future Gazing Day: This took place on 20th January. (Adrian) to capture results on wiki
- Improve reporting of broken sewing machines Suggestion is to put up signage to make this clearer to people using the machines. Make sure the names of the machines are clear so we can track which are breaking. Ongoing.
- People who make things at DoES [#1523] Neil has built a page on our website. (Jackie) to send out an email on our Google Group to find makers to populate this page
- Organise a Pat test event (Mike) - estimated 29th March. In contact with Library and repair cafe teams who are interested.
- Mike still talking to people interested in taking Gerald
- Mike to email google groups to recruit new members to the maintenance team. Ongoing.
- Jackie to send a link to people to show us how to access more calendars. Adrian documented this on wiki given access to organisers.
- John to check if the evening events payments are showing up in the cost of doing epic and the charts
- Fibre arts team will lead on raising the issue of keeping the space tidy and using equipment appropriately, Michael Dales also happy to help. Discussion about making a cover for the cover-stitch machine (Mike and Snoof).
- Chris T to create physical broken labels that can be put in place on broken equipment

- Fiona (a laser cutter) behaving lately.
- Spotter laser being added to Fiona, expected online soon.
- Testing rotary table, software parameters need tweaking, hoping to add soon.
- Only issue currently is laptop used to run Lightburn using odd resolution making it hard to use - might swap laptops with Shelia (another laser cutter).
- Sheila (a laser cutter) behaving.
- Seems to be an update to Laser Cut 5.3 that works with newer Windows, Mike to test this.
- Replacement switch for lid acquired to be added.
- Added new lighting to lid.
- No other issues with Tony (a laser cutter).
- In dicussions with potential new owners.
- Looking at stand offs that lift the material off the bed
No updates.
- Babi and Markus (both 3D printers) both working
- Others need investigation.
- Creality printer printing twice as large. Jackie thinks that might be a slicer issue.
- Need to order 3D-printer grease for some machines.

- Mike G went, was interesting, might be a collaboration with them setting up a repair cafe.
- As an aside repair cafe getting busy and more voluneteers might be needed
