Effect On
Displays a palette color at a set brightness, with an optional linear ramp between a start and end intensity, repeating cycles, transparency, and a shimmer flicker between two palette colors.

| Cycle Count | slider | 0.0-100.0 | Number of times the start-to-end intensity ramp repeats over the effect duration. Values greater than 1 create a pulsing look |
| Shimmer | checkbox | true/false | When enabled, alternates between the first and second palette colors on each frame, creating a rapid flickering shimmer |
Set Start Intensity=100 and End Intensity=0 for a fade-out, or the reverse for a fade-in. Increase Cycle Count above 1 to repeat the ramp multiple times for a pulsing effect. Enable Shimmer with a two-color palette for a flicker effect.
